Had amazing stay for a business trip with amicable staff and favourable location close to everything to need. Everything was nice, beautifully maintained room with a bathtub. We enjoyed the local cuisine in the restaurant.

The idea to include a microwave oven, coffee/tea making machines, and a refrigerator in the queen room was nice. It had a handy kitchenette available. The staff were courteous and very cordial people from the front desk staff to the manager.

Our hotel was in a comfortable and ideal location near a grocery store with the best price on gasoline in town. The food was good with a lot of options.

Staff friendly, room satisfactory, pricing comparative. Comfort Suites offered similar amenities at a lower cost. Expectations from a Hampton Inn property were higher.

Fairly clean place to stay with fairly friendly staff from the front desk staff to the manager. Nice building and rooms with sofa bed. Delicious and wonderful breakfast - 3 star level. Fast check in and late check out.

We were pleased with our stay at this hotel and would gladly recommend it to others seeking a comfortable and enjoyable stay in Palestine. we found this hotel to be a great choice for a rejuvenating getaway.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The indoor pool was a hit with the kids, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was also delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the hotel and the neatness of our single king room. The hotel provided ample seating for guests, and the bathroom was large and clean, with a great shower head and water pressure. We also loved the convenient location, as there were several restaurants nearby, and it was close to the local hospital. Despite being on a main street, we didn't hear any traffic noise, and the hotel was far enough away from the train tracks, ensuring a peaceful stay. The staff was friendly and accommodating, making our overall experience even better. We would definitely stay here again!

Came in Palestine to relax and have fun, this good basic hotel was GREAT base for doing it. The room with sofa bed. The pool was great, delicious and wonderful breakfasts.

Very noisy room.

Wonderful hotel and fairly clean, enjoyable breakfasts, ideal location close to everything to need. Comfy beds and a safe box, TV set and a microwave. Clean bathroom and bathtubs with good sewerage. Location close to a great restaurant for the evening as well as a grocery store with the best price on gasoline in town. Nearby Chili's - great place to chill out.
